The microwave and refrigerator helped me prepare some snacks during my stay. The staff tailored their service to ensure we felt welcome. The cleanliness of the lobby gave a great first impression.

The spacious Queen Room with two queen beds was a highlight, complemented by friendly front desk staff and a very clean environment. Location is excellent, with a large grocery store and numerous dining options within easy reach. The fitness center exceeded expectations, though the lack of any dining options left me wanting more than just crisp salads during my stay.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my visit.

Had a King Room with a microwave and refrigerator, which made snacks easy. The indoor pool was a nice spot to relax. Breakfast had eggs and pancakes. Good coffee. The staff was super helpful with directions and local shopping info. The fitness center was modern and well-equipped.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff

The location was perfect, with a Meijer store nearby for quick supplies and plenty of restaurant options. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff, especially Pam, provided exceptional customer service that made us feel truly valued. However, having our room cleaned every other day was a surprise that I wish we had been informed about at check-in.

In my wife’s opinion, having more pool towels would be great, especially when swimming with little ones. We ran out quickly, and it would have helped keep the kids happier.

Just a suitable option for a weekend vacation in Big Rapids with great value for money. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but it kept me cool on a warm night. Make sure to check the cleanliness of the bathroom before settling in.
